Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity occurring under their account.
3. Business Listings
Business owners are responsible for ensuring that listing information is accurate, current, and truthful.
FitOcala reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove listings that violate platform policies.
4. Claim Requests
Submitting a claim request does not guarantee ownership approval.
FitOcala may request additional documentation to verify ownership before approving any claim.
5. Reviews & Ratings
Reviews must reflect genuine customer experiences.
Fake, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent reviews may be removed without notice.
6. Promotions & Deals
Businesses are solely responsible for honoring promotions, offers, discounts, and related marketing content displayed on their listings.
7. Subscriptions & Billing
Premium features may require an active subscription.
Subscription billing is processed through Stripe. FitOcala does not store payment card information.
8. Platform Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, FitOcala does not guarantee continuous availability of the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
FitOcala is not responsible for damages resulting from the use of listings, promotions, reviews, third-party websites, or business interactions.
10. Changes to These Terms
FitOcala reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
