I live it…each and every day. I have always been active, loving sports and working out. PE was my favorite class. In high school, I was introduced to Group Exercise and that is where my fitness life began. I started teaching Aerobics at 16 and when I went to college, I got certified through AFAA for Group Exercise. I have taught numerous classes over the years, Step, Cardio Kickboxing, Circuit, Spinning, Yoga, Mat and Reformer Pilates, Urban Strip Tease, Ab and Glutes, and Hi/Lo Aerobics. My early beginnings in the Group Ex world have given me an abundance of exercises to use in my workouts with clients. Following a Fitness Program is important, but being able to incorporate different exercises and formats keeps it fresh and fun for the client.
