Is claiming a listing free?
Yes. Business owners may claim their listing at no cost. Approved claims may receive a complimentary trial period for premium features.
How long is the Pro trial?
Approved business owners may receive a 30-day Pro trial, giving access to enhanced listing features and tools.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your listing remains active. Premium features may be limited until a Pro or Elite subscription is activated.
Can I create promotions?
Yes. Eligible business accounts can create and manage promotions directly from the dashboard.
Can I edit my business information?
Yes. Claimed listings can be updated through the business dashboard.
How do reviews work?
Logged-in users may submit reviews based on their experience with a business. Reviews must be authentic and follow our community guidelines.
Can businesses remove reviews?
Businesses cannot directly remove reviews. However, reviews that violate platform policies may be reported and reviewed by FitOcala.
How are businesses ranked?
Rankings may consider subscription level, listing completeness, engagement, and overall platform activity.
Do you verify businesses?
Businesses that successfully complete the claim process may receive verification status within the platform.
