Claim Policy
FitOcala allows business owners and authorized representatives to request control of business listings through our claim process.
1. Claim Submission
Submitting a claim request does not automatically grant ownership or management access to a listing.
2. Review Process
FitOcala reviews claim requests before transferring listing access. We may request additional information to confirm ownership or authorization.
3. Approved Claims
Once approved, the listing may be assigned to the approved user account and marked as claimed or verified.
4. Pro Trial
Approved claims may include a complimentary 30-day Pro trial. Trial access may include premium features such as promotions, enhanced visibility, analytics, and priority ranking.
5. Trial Expiration
When the trial ends, the listing may remain active, but premium features may be limited unless a paid subscription is activated.
6. False Claims
Submitting false, misleading, or unauthorized claim requests may result in claim rejection, account suspension, or removal of access.
7. Ownership Disputes
If multiple parties claim the same business, FitOcala may request additional proof and reserves the right to delay, reject, or reverse approval.
8. Listing Responsibility
Approved owners are responsible for maintaining accurate business information, promotions, contact details, and media.
9. Revocation of Access
FitOcala reserves the right to revoke listing access if misuse, fraud, policy violations, or ownership disputes occur.
